Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Avanzaar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Avanzaar. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Avanzaar is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access.

4. Listings & Content

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Avanzaar reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

Prohibited listings include but are not limited to: fake accounts, accounts obtained through fraudulent means, assets involving illegal activity, or assets you do not have the right to sell.

5. Transactions & Escrow

All payments on Avanzaar are processed via Razorpay. For eligible transactions, funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms ownership transfer. The platform charges a 3% commission on every completed transaction.

Escrow funds are automatically released to the seller after 10 days if the buyer does not confirm or dispute the transfer.

6. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute before escrow is released. Avanzaar will review evidence submitted by both parties and make a final, binding decision. We reserve the right to refund the buyer or release funds to the seller based on our assessment.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: attempt to bypass platform payments, harass other users, engage in fraudulent activity, upload malware or harmful content, or violate any applicable laws. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

8. Platform Fees

Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated. This includes subscription fees, verification fees, featured listing fees, and contact unlock fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

Avanzaar is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any listing. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the transaction in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
